  1. Call to Order
    1. Sanjay Vakahria, called to order the regular meeting of the Carriage Lawn at Barkley at 8:25pm on Thursday, February 22, 2007
    2. Location: Fairhill Elementary School library, Chichester Ln, Fairfax, VA 

 

  1. Roll Call
    1. The following persons were present:

Marshall Manson                                  Sanjay Vakharia

Grace   Marabe                                    Cyrus Salazar

Michael Noonan          

    1. Reinaldo Salva (Koger Management)
    2. HOA residents: Carol Mallory and Manoucher Nayeri

 

  1. Election Of Officers

BOD agreed on the following appointment of officers

    1. Marshall Manson - President
    2. Grace Marabe – Vice Presedent
    3. Michael Noonan - Treasurer
    4. Cyrus Salazar - Director
    5. Sanjay Vakharia - Secretary

 

  1. New Business
    1. Quote from Pine Ridge for planting of spring flowers was discussed.
    2. Marshall made a motion to approve expenditure. Sanjay seconded, vote was unanimous

 

  1. Adjournment
    1. Marshall Manson adjourned the meeting at 9:00pm, Cyrus Salazar second and Sanjay and Grace approved.
    2. Next meeting at 7:00 pm on Thursday April 11, 2007 at Fairhill Elementary School Library, Chichester Lane, Fairfax, Virginia 22031
