1. Call to Order
1. Manoucher Nayeri, elected Vice President, called to order the regular meeting of the Carriage Lawn at Barkley at 07:00pm on Wednesday, April 12, 2006

                                                              i.      Location:

1.      Koger Management Office at Koger Management Office at 4105 Rust Road, Fairfax, VA 22030 (Telephone: 703-591-2414).

2. Roll Call
1. Manoucher Nayeri, acting for Ray Worley, elected Secretary, who arrived later at the conducted a roll call.

3. Approval of minutes from last meeting
1. Ray Worley reviewed the minutes from the last meeting with the group. The minutes were approved with few corrections.

1. Board members reviewed February 08, 2006 meeting minutes of major items.
