A.    MATTERS FOR BOARD DECISION

    A1)    Fiscal Year 2003 Budget - Draft

Attached please find a draft of the fiscal year 2003 budget, along with the assumptions that were made to prepare it.  The budget reflects no increase in the monthly assessment fee.

B.    MATTERS FOR BOARD INFORMATION

    B1)    August 2002 Financial Report

For Board review and information, attached is the August 2002 Financial Report.  The Association currently has 25,281.11 in its Operating Account.  There is investment funds, which are two Certificate of Deposits totally $20,100.52.

CMC is recommending that the board invest an additional $10,000 in another Certificate of Deposit to fund the repair/replacement reserves.  A copy of a rate sheet offering the most recent investments opportunities is attached for your review.

    B2)    Delinquency Status Report

There are currently two delinquent accounts.  One has been sent a certified letter requesting they submit payment.  The other account is still at attorney status; a copy of the attorney report is attached for board review.

    B3)    Meeting Schedule

The Board meetings have been scheduled through January 2003.  All will be held at Fairhill Elementary School in the Library @ 7:30 PM, unless otherwise instructed by the Board.
