MATTERS FOR BOARD DECISION A1) Watering Services For Board review and decision, Community Landscape Services have submitted a proposal for watering. A copy of the proposal is attached. Watering services will be required at the entrance features; the cost of watering is $65.00 per hour. Community Landscape is also offering to provide Tree Gators, which are water bags placed at the base of a tree that allows for gradual watering.ATTACHMENTS: Proposal A2) Open Forum At the last board meeting the Board tabled their decision concerning their policy for informing the residents of the agenda items to be discussed prior to the meeting to allow for each board member to respond. ATTACHMENTS: Policy ResolutionsB. MATTERS FOR BOARD INFORMATION B1) May 2002 Financial Report For Board review and information, attached is the May 2002 Financial Report. The Association currently has 23,233.10 in its Operating Account. As per the Board’s request, two (2) Certificate of Deposits where purchased for $10,000 each, with the funds from the CD that matured on May 18th and additional funds from the Operating Account. The CD’s were purchased with State Farm rather then ING, simply because ING only deals with personal investments not corporate. ATTACHMENTS: May Financial Report B2) Delinquency Status Report For Board review and information attached is the Delinquency Status Report. There are currently five delinquent accounts. Four of the delinquent accounts have been sent a certified letter requesting they submit payment. The fifth account is still at attorney status; a copy of the attorney report is attached for board review. ATTACHMENTS: Delinquency Status Report B3) Homeowner Concerns Attached please find a letter CMC received from a homeowner concerning the parking situation on Royal Doulton. ATTACHMENTS: None B4) Architectural Review Board The Architectural Review Board is requesting time to address the Board of Directors for the purposes of reviewing their work and questions concerning the Design Guidelines. ATTACHMENTS: None B5) Compliance Letters As per the ARB’s inspection list, CMC has sent violation letters to bring them into compliance. CMC has also sent letters requesting applications be submitted for those who did not submit an application prior to completing the exterior modification/enhancement. ATTACHMENTS: None B6) AAA Trash Removal Increase Effective July 1, 2002, AAA will increase the cost of their service by 2.8%. This increase is due to increase of the disposal of waster at the local municipal disposal facility. ATTACHMENTS: Letter |
