MATTERS FOR BOARD DECISION A1) None B. MATTERS FOR BOARD INFORMATION B1) February 2002 Financial Report For Board review and information, attached is the February 2002 Financial Report. The Association currently has 18,232.25 in its Operating Account and a Certificate of Deposit valued at $15, 464.27 which will mature on May 18, 2002. ATTACHMENTS: February Financial Report B2) Delinquency Status Report For Board review and information attached is the Delinquency Status Report. There are currently two delinquent accounts that total $770.00. Both accounts are currently at Attorney Status. Individual accounts may be discussed in Executive Session. ATTACHMENTS: Delinquency Status Report/Attorney Status Report B3) Homeowner Concerns CMC has received a complaint from a homeowner concerning parking in the visitor spaces. Jan Ward informed the resident that the Association does not currently have an enforcement policy in place concerning visitor parking but that she would bring it to the Board’s attention. The homeowner expressed his interest in addressing the Board directly and is planning on attending the board meeting. ATTACHMENTS: None B4) Landscaping Contract At last month’s board meeting the Board inquired about the Association’s landscaping contract. The Association currently has a contract with Community Landscape Services, which will expire on December 31, 2002. Attached is a copy of the current contract. ATTACHMENTS: Landscape Contract B5) Miscellaneous Information Speed Limit Signs: As the streets are private streets, Centex has reported that the Board may place a speed limit of its choosing within the community. Jan Ward has asked Centex to supply these signs. Jan will inform the Board of their decision. Children At Play: Centex has approved the Board’s request to install children at play signs throughout the community. CMC’s casual labor is meeting with Kris Murthy on Friday so that Mr. Murthy can point out the selected locations. Mr. Murthy has reported that the signs may possibly be obtained from a resident. |
