MANAGEMENT REPORT


A.    MATTERS FOR BOARD DECISION


    A1)    Officer Position’s

As stipulated in the Association’s Bylaws, Article XI, Section 1, Enumeration of Officers, the Officers of this Corporation shall be a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer.  The duties of the Officers are as stated in Article XI, Section 8, Duties.

            

As stipulated in the Association’s Bylaws, Article XI, Section 2, Election of Officers, the election of Officers shall take place at the first annual meeting of the Board of Directors following each annual meeting of the Members.

As stipulated in the Association’s Bylaws, Article XI, Section 3, Term, the officers of this Corporation shall be elected annually by the Board and each shall hold office for one (1) year unless he shall sooner resign, or shall be removed, or otherwise disqualified to serve.

    A2)    Appointment of ARB Members

For Board review and decision, three (3) members have expressed their interest in becoming a member of the ARB.  As stipulated in the Association’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions Article III, Section 4, Composition, the Architectural Review Board shall consist of three or more Members appointed by the Board of Directors.

        A3)    Draft Audit Report

For Board review and decision attached is a Draft Audit Report completed by Ahlberg and Company.  If the Board does not raise any issues CMC will advise Ahlberg to issue the final report.

        A4)    Meeting Dates

For Board review and decision, the Board will need to determine how often they would like to meet.  As required by law, the Board of Directors must meet at least once a quarter.  Fairhill Elementary School has indicated that they have availability for the Board to host its meeting on the second Wednesday of the month through June.  The school will not be available during the summer months.

    B2)    Delinquency Status Report

For Board review and information attached is the Delinquency Status Report.  There are currently two delinquent accounts totally $534.00. Collection procedures are in place.  Individual accounts may be discussed in Executive Session.
